Video Storage limit says I have 8mins left (of 30min total), but I've only put 10mins of video on my site.

Hi. I'm creating my site and uploading videos.  However, I've only uploaded 10mins of video (I have a 30 min limit), yet the site is saying I only have 8 mins left? Why is this? Is there a way I can refresh/reset this?

Take a look in the Asset Library panel in the Home menu to see if you have accidentally uploaded the video more than once. It's easy to do (I've done it before!).

If there's still an issue then it's likely to be a technical issue so please contact Squarespace Customer Care directly for help.
