kristiwaits
I am in the beginning stages of migrating our organization from Google Workspace to Office 365, but am running into a issue with Google's inability to verify the new subdomain I created in Squarespace for the migration (o365.nwwib.com). I am using this Microsoft document as my guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mailbox-migration/googleworkspace-migration-prerequisites?source=recommendations. Below is a screenshot of the updates I made to the DNS records in Squarespace. I added two subdomains and a new TXT record for Google to verify ownership of the subdomain o365.nwwib.com, but it still won't recognize it after two weeks. Any help would be greatlly appreciated! Solution stuartjames7845 Posted March 29, 2023 Solution Share Posted March 29, 2023 Hey, you do not need to add a subdomain for completing the Google Workspace to Office 365 migration. I am sharing a helpful guide that will help step by step in Migration to Office 365 from Google Workspace. Also, you can watch the video for the same in the article.
