How to automatically add selected service to forms?

I have a business that sells entertaining services for large events.

On my main page I have 3 different packages with 3 different names. Once they click on one of the packages on home page, it leads to another page(forms) where they have to fill it. The issue is that I want that Squarespace automatically selects that service they choose from homepage to the forms page. Is there a hidden way to do it? or Do I have to put in some code?

Thank you in advance. Feel free to ask any questions if anything remained confusing

You can track which button they clicked by adding a hidden field to the form. You will need to modify the three URLs to include the URL query as described in Tracking form block referral sources.
