kruss Posted November 27, 2022 Posted November 27, 2022 A client purchased an item using stripe. When I click the transaction to view it in stripe it says "no such charge." I've used stripe without a problem before, but just recently switched to the new version of squarespace. Squarespace says that stripe is connected in my payments section. What could be going wrong?

Please contact the respective customer care teams - at Stripe and/or Squarespace - directly about this error. Forum users would love to help but we are unable to assist with technical issues. kruss Posted November 27, 2022 Author Posted November 27, 2022 In the first screenshot below, I'm using the "View Payments" panel under Commerce-Payments-Stripe. But the same thing happens if I try to view it from my Orders panel. When I click on the transaction it then goes to my Stripe dashboard and shows the second screenshot.
zacharyphillips Posted December 18, 2022 Posted December 18, 2022 I am having the same problem, what was the resolution?
hantech1 Posted March 30 Posted March 30 I'm resurrecting this topic as I have the same problem and it's causing issues for us now as customers are paying and the money is disappearing! Did either of you get a resolution?
