LSP_88 Posted October 24, 2022 Posted October 24, 2022 I've created a newsletter block on my website and chosen Mailchimp as my storage option and chosen double opt-in. I've disconnected Squarespace for email campaigns. I may be missing a step because as I'm testing this feature, I receive a generic email (non branded like I set up in Mailchimp) asking me to confirm my opt-in to the newsletter. Once I confirm opt-in, I receive a thanks confirmation but nothing is populating in Mailchimp on the back-end (no contact, first name, last name, or email address). Would love help here or to know if others are experiencing this same thing.

KarinLauria Posted December 2, 2022 Posted December 2, 2022 I'm getting an error when using the form/newsletter integration with Mailchimp. I utterly cannot get this to work. Here's the email. I've followed the instructions and nothing. How do I fix this? It's the only reason I upgraded to the business plan. Mailchimp didn't save your recent Form Block submission Your most recent submission to the "Karin Lauria Art and Illustration" form on Karin Lauria Art and Illustration didn’t save to your Mailchimp storage. Mailchimp's service may have identified this submission as a spam or phishing attempt. Check the email and contact information in the form below. If it seems suspicious, then it's likely the message was blocked. This is to protect you from attempts to access your private information. If the form submission appears normal, there may be a connection error between your Form Block and Mailchimp. Here is a copy of the submission for your records: EMAIL ADDRESS: (Form sent from page: Newsletter sign up) Reset your Mailchimp connection If you think this occurred due to a connection errror, simply reconnect the Form Block to Mailchimp. Visit Troubleshooting Form Block Issues for step-by-step instructions.
RTT-Falcon Posted May 10, 2023 Posted May 10, 2023 (edited) @LSP_88 Did you get this resolved? I am having a similar problem. The email user is populating in my Mailchimp audience, but I want to use the custom Mailchimp emails. ANy solution? Thanks. Edited May 10, 2023 by RTT-Falcon update
