Searching for integration specialist to connect Squarespace and Mailchimp

I am working with a client with an existing MailChimp list. Expert help is needed to connect their Mailchimp to Squarespace. All of the backend stuff is done like connecting the domain, cname records, etc. There's a glitch and I need help to fix it.

Are they on a Business or Commerce plan? The Mailchimp integration is considered a premium feature and not available on the Personal plan.

It is a business plan. Email confirmation looks like a default from Squarespace, not the confirmation message created in mailchimp.

When you look at the storage options under the newsletter block does the Squarespace Campaigns section look like this?Where it says Confirmation Email On? There has been a change in the default settings recently so you may have to disconnect Campaigns. 

If it shows like that click on it and then scroll down and click Disconnect. That will turn off the Squarespace stuff. Then go under Mailchimp section and make sure the double opt in toggle is green. Once you do that test it and see if it's still doing it. I'd be happy to help you test it if you need me to.
