Multiple Categories for 1 Appointment type?

Can I attached multiple categories for 1 appointment type? I would like to have a “One Hour” appointment type and use it for 3 booking suites(which are listed as categories). Is that possible?

If all your Booking Suites are being used for the same thing for that One Hour appointment type - you could do this:

Resource: Booking Suites - 3 (You can create Rooms/Resources when you click Availability)

Appointment Type: One Hour, with Resources checked and the name of the Calendar checked

Calendar Scheduling Limits: 3

You can then name your Appointment Types whatever you need.

We have 4 tunnels or batting cages. So we created a Resource called Tunnels (4). Then our Appointment Type is 1 Hour Rental etc. and we limit it by checking off the Tunnels Resource.  Our calendar availability is set to 4 slots. So no more than 4 people can book or 1 person can book all 4. If that makes sense.
