Create a package for 10 sessions/classes - when you get paid, you create a new order, select the package, and record the payment (cash)
This generates a code/certificate, which is attached to the clients email address. They can redeem using the code or their email address. Each session/class is then deducted from their "balance," until it gets to zero.
