  1. When you set up your appointment types. Go to availability and set up your hours and your scheduling limits how you like.
  2. Each repair person is a resource. If it’s just you then you are 1 resource. the 10 bike boxes are another resource . So the maximum appointments at any given time is 10. appointment type book bike box. Check resource needed bike box, appointment type repair. Check resources needed bike box and you.
  3. You would need to create appointment types with prices for 1, 2, 3 hours etc.
  4. Create a new calendar in the scheduler for the group classes. That way it doesn't affect the ability of your other services to be booked. This is what we did with our calendars: Group stuff Anything we want to be hourly Main calendar with all public service types Private calendar for members Walk-ins (we turned an android tablet into a kiosk) Calendar with no prices for another group of clients On the Group stuff calendar, we stick all of our group classes, clinics, etc. We have 4 tunnels - so we want all of them occupied! If we have a class, we could choose to use two tunnels, so we just reserve another "rental" on the main calendar. Anything that is scheduled as a class only blocks off one tunnel. We found a way to use all 6 of the calendars included in our plan...not the way they intended them to be used. 😃
  5. I thought I had provided the solution here. I am not sure I understand what is happening here - you write this and mark your response as the solution? Is that how this forum works? An employee writes something, with a link to a knowledge base article, but doesn't actually explain a thing, and marks it as the solution, to something that was already solved...I guess I need to stop trying, as a mere member, to provide any assistance on this forum. The OP thanked me for providing them with a solution???? Or am I completely off-base.
  6. Create a new gift certificate under "Packages, Gifts & Subscriptions." (Acuity Scheduling) You choose what the certificate can be applied to Customize it however you need You can make the gift certificate public for people to buy directly, or if cash... You receive the cash payment - create a new order and select the gift certificate you created. Record the payment. An email with the code is generated and sent to the client. The client can then click on the link in the email to book their appointment in the scheduler.
  7. Yes, and ask them to use email instead as the unique identifier. Contact Support
  8. Same principle. Resources: Singles Tables: 6 Couples Tables: 3 When you set up the resources this way, you will be able to set up your appointment types based on what resources are available. There can be at most 3 couples scheduled at the same time OR 6 singles, or any combination of the same. Appointment type: Singles Massage: Resources required Singles Table. Appointment type: Couples Massage: Resources required: Couples Tables. Set up limited by appointment type: Calendar scheduling limits 6 max appointments (six singles) Calendar scheduling limit 3 max appointments (3 couples)
  9. I received a response this morning: How do they even think that this was a good idea. The Matt/Matthew issue is the system creating a Matt and a Matthew entry even though the phone number and email match. I don't know why they don't see that email as the unique identifier would fix these issues.
  10. Say, for example, you have 5 Rooms and 6 Total Tables. One Room with Two Tables, and the Other 4 Rooms with 1 Table in Each. Resources would then be: Room 1: 1 Table Room 2: 1 Table Room 3: 1 Table Room 4: 1 Table Room 5: 2 Tables Appointment Type: Singles Massage - uses any of Rooms 1 - 4 (which only have 1 Table in each) Appointment Type: Couples Massage - uses Room 5 (which has 2 Tables). So set up your resources accordingly - by what is available in each room. Then you would set up your calendar scheduling limits would be limited to 4 for singles, and 1 for couples.
  11. Appointment type: 1 scheduling session - price $50 Appointment type: 4 scheduling sessions package - price $120 Create a package for the 4 scheduling sessions for the $120 price. You can select the number of sessions (four, single session) Look at our lessons/lesson packages option: Bases Loaded Booking Page
  12. In addition to this, I always include a second email field, with the caption: "Verify email address." If they aren't copying and pasting, the email address should then be without typos. I've actually had a couple copy and paste their incorrectly typed email address - had to text them to get the correct email, and resend their confirmation email.
  13. I recently encountered this. Father and son...Sr. & Jr. Neither were using their suffix. And the system merged the two of them, despite differing emails and phone numbers. Spoke with both, and they have started to use it. No issues anymore, unless they forget to add it. I am assuming that your clients aren't related? I would suggest adding a symbol after the last name of the more amenable client, and ask them to add it after their last name, when they make a booking? The system should not be doing this...will now submit as a bug.
  14. Create a package for 10 sessions/classes - when you get paid, you create a new order, select the package, and record the payment (cash) This generates a code/certificate, which is attached to the clients email address. They can redeem using the code or their email address. Each session/class is then deducted from their "balance," until it gets to zero.
