Banner & navigation "cuts" on tablet view

Hi, my website andpartners.squarespace.com (password: partner) has some coding on the header banner and navigation menu. However, it "cuts" on tablet view,  - the image and navigation are only half visible. Can anyone help? I would need the whole image to show given it has the logo in the middle.
