Analytics not working...

For quite a number of months now I've been unable to access my website's analytics, all I get is the following;

"Our system has encountered an error. This exception has been automatically logged and reported. We will return shortly." 

It's been 9 months and it hasn't returned!  Everything else works fine.  Any thoughts / suggestions?

Me too!! Every time. I just submitted a screenshot because it's maddening. I just want to see the data

The forum community would love to help you but we are unable to provide any assistance with technical faults. All I can tell you is that other sites that I have tested don't have this issue so it's either a fault with your site or your browser is caching old information. You can try to rule out the latter by logging on to your site using a private or incognito window but if it still doesn't work, I recommend that you contact Squarespace Customer Care.
