Summary block not scrolling on mobile

Hi all,

Am having trouble with the summary block on my client's website (homepage section artists).

I have created a summary block that shows all the tattoo artists in the studio in a single line. On the desktop you can scroll all the way to the end but on mobile version it stops early and does not show all the artists.

I used this code to make the summary block "full width" to create this effect ~ not sure if it has something to do with it?

The artists carousel  scrolls left and  right both in horizontal mode and vertical mode only after going to artists from the hamburger menu at the bottom of the screen not scolling down when I first get to the site. I don't know if this is a code issue with a Brine family template  or not. It is the first time I have seen a hamburger menu icon at the bottom of mobile screen not at the top. I viewed with my Android phone using Chrome.
