Upshire
Site URL: http://allyhrsolutions.com Help!!! I have a client that INSISTS on being able to print her website however it shows up all jumbled and with huge spaces missing. I'm a beginner at customizing sites but think I'd be able to add CSS to the site IF POSSIBLE to possibly strip out some of the elements but leave the information. She wants to be able to simply right click and select the print option and the info be there. The first two are what i am getting. SIte is still under construction, access code is AllyHR2022 Link to comment
christyprice
Print a website? Good grief. I'm sorry! I'd recommend trying GoFullPage chrome extension that allows you to save each page as a pdf and then print from there. christyprice.com 🇺🇸 Austin, TX US ✅ Get my Starter Template for Web Designers 🎥 Watch Circle Live: Hello Income (feat. Upshire
@christyprice thanks so much for sharing! I'll look into that. I did find out that having the sticky nav (static) turned on makes the header repeat on each page...thus taking up space on page and pushing everything down. ALSO learned that you have to be sure to have "print background images" turned ON in your print screen in order for SS elements to print. OH and change the layout to landscape....AND print at a scaled down size....like 75%....this will decrease the background elements which in turn allows you to get more on your page. Needless to say, this has been brutal. But I learned something right? 🙃 With those changes in place, this is what I ended up with..... christyprice 1 Link to comment
