Item images on Order invoice

When an item is sold, can we add the item image to the order invoice?  

We print these out, pull the item and then the printed invoice goes in the box with the item to ship to customer.  

It would make life so much easier to find and pull the product if there was a picture of the item on the invoice.

It would also look more professional.

It is not possible to add product images to the "receipts" that merchants can print.

Have you considered using the Squarespace App to pick your orders instead of paper records? Many businesses have reviewed the environmental impact and cost of including paperwork and have decided not to use paper because:

• the App has a Commerce tab specifically for order fulfillment. It includes images of the products in the order view, making it easier to pick orders.
• customers find it easier to check the package contents using the order notification they were sent by email. The email includes images of the products too!

This is a major flaw with squarespace, in my opinion.  It makes pulling orders with more than a few items difficult.  They don't show up on the order page so you have to compare your title to your website listings to be sure you are pulling the right item.  Not good.  

I second this!! I agree this is a major flaw and is something we have been pestering Squarespace for since we started using them nearly 4 years ago!

We have a lot of items with very similar names.. this then leads to items being incorrectly sent out which then costs us even more on postage to get back sent out to us and then sent to the correct recipient.

I can see that using the app would be useful to some however I have employees who do not have access to our website so this is not possible within our small business. The invoices work as our pick list for orders, having images would make our process so much quicker and efficient.

The images are visible on the order page and the app, but not on the invoice when you go to print! How hard can this be to include them too? Other website providers include them, even our basic plan with big cartel had them when we first started.

It is making me consider switching over to another provider especially with the price of shipping soaring!
