Information bar at top of screen

I placed a temporary banner at the top of my site regarding temp hours. I have utilized this in the past and cannot remember where to find this in the settings.  I want to remove it or better yet, change the message to state we are back to regular hours.

That was it.  I knew it was somewhere I didn't expect it and kept overlooking it while searching.  Thanks once again for your help.
