Try adding this to Custom CSS and replacing the Collection ID and hex code: 

#COLLECTIONID .header-nav-wrapper a, #COLLECTIONID .header-nav-wrapper .header-nav-item--active a {
    color: #ec8a63;
}
#COLLECTIONID .icon svg {
    fill: #ec8a63;
}
