How to add an anchor link to my home navigation menu?

Hello, I am using a 7.1 template for my website vivasocial.io 

I want to add anchor links to the navigation menu at the top. I am unable to do this.

I have tried multiple ways however they all end up with the necessity of adding a # into the page slug. 

It's not possible to add a # to the page slug to complete the anchor page. 

Can someone please help me achieve my dreams?  Do I need to code and get the commerce version for this? Or am I missing something? Please any solution is appreciated
