Allow users to request a quote and then schedule a call to discuss services

Hi, I have a client who would like visitors to be able to request a quote for their services and then book a time to discuss that quote (a la calendly).

Is anyone aware of a plugin that can make this possible? Maybe it could integrate with Squarespaces appointment tool? Thanks in advance!
