How do I add link to the above CSS in 7.1

I am adding this CSS for banner in my site:

I have two questions

1. I want to make Call us now a text with the phone number

2. I want to make the Schedule now to link to my scheduling page.

Can someone help me?

You mean add a text phone number under Contact Us. Something like this?
