There's a great third-party addon that you can purchase called Universal Filter. This will allow you to sort from A-Z and filter products. However, it's worth noting that Squarespace does not have any automated 'recently added' or 'best selling' metadata so if you want to filter by these you'll need to manually add tags to relevant products.
