Is there a way to attach Google Sheets, or Excel, to a calendar on a Squarespace website, so that the google sheet or excell doc info will show up on the webpage?

I'm looking to link Google Sheets or an Excel document to the Squarespace website, so that when the Google Sheet or Excel doc is changed, the changes appear on the calendar on the webpage. 

To be clear, I would like what is written on the Google Sheet or Excel doc

to appear on the Squarespace webpage.

If your Squarespace Website is on a Business Plan or above*, you can do this by using the embed features of sheets and docs.

The embed code can then be used in a Code Block or Embed Block on Squarespace to display the contents of the sheet or doc.

Squarespace Personal Plans don't support this.

I found the code necessary to embed the information, but was unable to find out where in the existing code to place the code for embedding the google sheet. Also, I do not know if there is an easy way to access code in Squarespace? 

Answers to these two questions would be so beneficial.

Alternatively, is there a way to place google sheets information onto the Squarespace website (not as a link, but with the information showing) without using code? So that changing the google sheet would change the information on the website?
