On every blog posting, we want to have an easy button/form to sign up (see above URL) "Subscribe to my weekly Nano-letter". We want this button/form to be *above the fold on mobile.* I have been manually adding the button/form, but this is time consuming and not smart. We also have the button/form in the footer, but this is not above the fold. Any suggestions to make this easier? A hack I haven't thought of? Some coding? We are in 7.0 Om.
