account Upgrading to 7.1 from 7.0

I cant to find the option to upgrade to these new templates. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Do I need to cancel my current plan, create a new one and manually transfer everything over? or is there an upgrade button I do not see?

There is no auto upgrade from 7.0 to 7.1 due to the different design platforms they are built on It is just as you said you create a new trial with 7.0 copy and paste what you can over, activate the site and then cancel the old one.  This explains it better than I can here:
