Problem with my site

Hi. Does anyone has this problem recently? It is quite often that my site while I tried writing my blog or posting a new product, it frequents refresh the page and left it unsaved which I have to redo or rewrite the whole things again especially while using my tablet or phone.

Not aware of this happening with others as of yet.
