Is there some way to have a Chat box/Forum for Members area?

Hey there! I tried to search in here for other potential threads on this but can't seem to find anything. I'm starting a Members Area but would love a way for my members to actually be able to ask questions within Members area content & connect with each other. Just an all-around conversational thread somewhere within the site to connect with them. I can't seem to find anything like that (which kinda blows my mind since it's pretty much a must feature for any kind of community type situation) kinda like how we have this forum here 😉 Any advice, something I'm missing on how to incorporate into my site? Thanks!!

Would you like your customers to be able to mark their favourite products in your Squarespace store?

Has this been updated at all?

The information in this thread is up to date. The Squarespace platform does not include a discussion forum.

The Sqaurespace platform used to include a discussion forum, was it in V5 ?

That’s true. Squarespace 5 had a simple Discussion page but this wasn’t included in Squarespace 6 (2012) or later versions.

I also will need a discussion page for my members in the member site.  If it was available before and is critical for a "member site" to engage with each other, unsure why this wouldn't  be on the "list" of things to come? Just my 2 cents as I have a member page on wordpress with a forum and a site on here (with no member site yet) for this exact reason.
