Need help with a Navigation Anchor Link

Hello forum! 

I'm having difficulty with an anchor link I'm using in one of my navigation buttons. It works perfectly when you click the nav button on the home page, which is where the site anchored section is. But from every other page, it doesn't work. It should take you back to the home page and to the section where the anchor link is, but when you click it, it just stays on the page you're already on but adds the name of the anchor link to the URL slug. 😕 

I've tried a few different code options out and nothing is working. Please advise! What am I doing wrong? 😬

If you added anchor link, for example

then you need to change it to ( I added / to before of anchor url)
