KMac Posted December 24, 2021 Posted December 24, 2021 Hi, I have created multiple appointment types for Language lessons (for which I could customise the initial purchase email), but I don't sell individual lessons - I sell packages, gift vouchers for packages, or subscriptions to lesson types. I want to customise the initial email after purchase of a package/gift voucher/subscription according to what type of package/voucher/subscription has been purchased, but I can't see an option do this. I know I could do it if I set these up as products rather than lesson packages, but people need to be able to book lessons at specific times to suit them, once they have purchased their package. I'm already paying the extra for the scheduling module; I'm reluctant to add the cost of the Membership area. But would this help solve the problem? I need solutions which don't involve customised coding! Many thanks
