Is it possible to  have the labels inside of a contact form instead of below?

Site is https://khaki-elk-54rm.squarespace.com/config/settings, password is Brad and I want it to be like the below image:

Do you mean you want to include these elements above the form?

No, I mean with the field label (ex. "First Name") inside of the input field rather than above it
