Cart showing item when it's empty

Hello!

My site hasn't launched yet, but there's a pesky issue that I'm trying to remedy before it does. My shopping cart shows that there's an item in it even though I don't currently have any products listed. I can't seem to figure out how to change it, and I'd hate for people visiting my website to think that they already have an item in their cart. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you Paul! incognito didn't show an item, and sure enough, clearing the cache resolved the issue. Appreciate the help.
