Selling customizable video templates on squarespace

Hi every one, i am having a problem trying to get a video gallery to stay the same size in row of 4 blocks. I am trying to link with Vimeo so i can sell templates on the site. I attached a screen shot of the issue - how can i get the video blocks to remain the same same dimensions, i am on 7.1 version. Ideally i would like a row of 4 identically size video blocks into which i can upload the url from Vimeo. Unfortunately Squarespace offers only two video blocks in their gallery templates. I know i need to get rid of the Vimeo text, but that needs upgrading Vimeo - i want to make sure first i can get rows of 4 or six videos in the page first - HELP please!

Ideally the site would look something like this, but with different styling and 4 or six rows instead of three. I i have now upgraded to a business site so i can customize and sell them hopefully - is there an ideal template i can use to showcase an sell these, all the ones i have seen so far have only image blocks and i am unable to link videos
