Adding contact info to site headers globally

Hi,

I'm trying to add my company email and phone number to the site header so that it appears on every page. I've managed to get it as shown in the screenshot but I'm not happy with this for a couple of reasons. I'd like to have the contact details up well above of the other page navigation links, subtle and out of the way but still clearly visible. I'd also like them to be right aligned so that they line up with the right alignment of the site navigation links too. I have the "special covid prices" banner which can be clicked away too. I can add the email and phone number to that but because it's a banner it can be just clicked away and those numbers won't be visible anymore. If I could get the email and phone number to also be under the banner if the banner is clicked away that would be great. Any clues? If the banner part is too hard I can just get rid of the banner.

I am also looking to change the Whatsapp widget to a squarespoce code as apposed to the Get Button thrid party option.
