It seems my website does not have a navigation bar. All I know is I'm using the "Skye" template.

The Skye family of templates has a different navigation layout to other templates. With this family of Squarespace 7.0 templates, the navigation is always displayed in the header as a 'hamburger' symbol (the ☰ icon). When you click the icon, it opens an overlay split into a right and left side.

If you don't like this style of navigation, then I recommend you choose a different Squarespace 7.0 template. You can try an alternative template by going to Design > Template.

When I switch templates, all of my work disappears, so I have to restart my website when I switch templates?
