'This form has not been configured yet.' - But it has.

Hi, everyone.

So we have a default Squarespace account domain (i.e. xyzchoice@xyz.com) and our main hosted site with all the rest of our pages is at www.xyz.com. Sometimes we'll redirect a URL to point to a page that we have under our Squarespace account.

This time, I did this to a Squarespace page that I created which uses a form. It won't work. I just keep getting a red box saying 'This form has not been configured yet.' I have deleted it, re-created it, attached it to a Google sheet, same result. It simply won't work. All our other forms work just fine, but this is the first time I've re-directed a URL to a SS page with a form. Anyone have any ideas?
