stage3leadership
What app do you recommend for tracking contacts and customer calls/conversations. I am just starting an HR Consulting business (just me to start). I'd like to have a tool to use to track the name of the contact, date, a summary of our discussion, follow-up, etc. I was thinking of something a couple steps better than a standard Excel sheet. What have you used and recommend? Scott Link to comment
stage3leadership
What is the best CRM for a one-person business consulting service? I need a way to track contacts, customers, etc. -- who they are, how I met them, what we discussed, potential interest in my professional services (and what), next steps, etc.. I want something a step up from Excel but not as extensive as Salesforce. Link to comment
MonLas29
If you need something that's even more user-friendly, you might want to consider Freshsales CRM or Copper CRM. These platforms are both designed with simplicity in mind, and they offer all the essential features you need to keep track of your contacts and customers. Link to comment
GiannaPaul
In our company, we used to use Trello to keep client contacts in one place. It had been enough for us for a long time, but last week we finally moved to another CRM (called Planfix), where it’s easier to keep all the contacts, assign tasks to employees and control the entire enterprise. So, you can give it a shot. Actually, we stopped using Excel about 8 years ago. It’s too confusing to use it, especially when new people come to the company. Takes too much time to explain to them how to use it. Edited December 24, 2022 by GiannaPaul Link to comment
