What is the best CRM for a one-person business consulting service? I need a way to track contacts, customers, etc. -- who they are, how I met them, what we discussed, potential interest in my professional services (and what), next steps, etc.. I want something a step up from Excel but not as extensive as Salesforce. -

What app do you recommend for tracking contacts and customer calls/conversations. I am just starting an HR Consulting business (just me to start). I'd like to have a tool to use to track the name of the contact, date, a summary of our discussion, follow-up, etc. I was thinking of something a couple steps better than a standard Excel sheet. How do I create a "Subscribe Here" page and how do I save the customer info. For example, I am going to post videos on my website and ask subscribers to subscribe to get early access via email. Can this be offered via Square or do I need a 3rd party app? Scott
