They want to sell some event tickets online and in their physical shop and update the inventory in both EPOS and SS each time something is sold, so they know they always have an accurate tally. Is there a way to do this please? I've tried looking at Zapier but that only seems to work with SS forms, which the cart isn't. Thanks! Link to comment

It can sync with Shopify and WooCommerce. However, there is a (reasonably expensive) third party extension called Trunk Inventory that can sync the inventory between Squarespace and some other third party systems including: Amazon eBay Etsy Faire QuickBooks Online Square POS Another (reasonably expensive, from $35/month) third party extension called SKU IQ has just been added (December 2023) and is available in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States and it syncs inventory with: Clover Lightspeed Square POS Did this help? I have had the same request from a client - to integrate EPOS with Squarespace so the stock inventory is updated when online sales are made. I have just contacted EPOS who have advised that this is possible. There is a one time integration charge of £999 +VAT, but they will then provide an API and their developers will guide you through how to set up the integration. Link to comment

Hi Ruth Have you tried this? 🤔 I ask because I'm a little concerned when a company says they will "provide an API" because it isn't possible to integrate someone else's API with Squarespace. It is possible with other web hosting platforms, but not Squarespace. It needs to work the other way around, where the third party uses Squarespace's Orders API to develop a solution.
