Managing inventory between Squarespace and EPOS Now

Hi there, I'm trying to set up a  new site for a client who uses EPOS Now as the POS system in their shop. They want to sell some event tickets online and in their physical shop and update the inventory in both EPOS and SS each time something is sold, so they know they always have an accurate tally. Is there a way to do this please? I've tried looking at Zapier but that only seems to work with SS forms, which the cart isn't. Thanks!

I know this is an old thread, but thought I would post incase anyone else has the same query.

I have had the same request from a client - to integrate EPOS with Squarespace so the stock inventory is updated when online sales are made. I have just contacted EPOS who have advised that this is possible. There is a one time integration charge of £999 +VAT, but they will then provide an API and their developers will guide you through how to set up the integration.

Have you tried this? 🤔 I ask because I'm a little concerned when a company says they will "provide an API" because it isn't possible to integrate someone else's API with Squarespace. It is possible with other web hosting platforms, but not Squarespace. It needs to work the other way around, where the third party uses Squarespace's Orders API to develop a solution.

Hello - I'm just wondering if there has been any updates to this as I am also looking to do this?

Are there any other systems that link to squarespace inventory instead?
