Need advice on how to add a description underneath a subcategory title.

Hi there, 

Just setting up my online art/clothing site and am currently trying to figure out how to put a description underneath a title on my shopping page. I am trying to insert a description about an artist underneath their name so people can understand what their creative intentions are. I have provided a screenshot to better understand what I am needing help for. Every-time I try it copies it to every page. (BTW I am VERY new and VERY bad at website creating so all the help I can get will be much appreciated)
