heading Adding a vertical line beside all h2 headings on site.

I'm hoping someone can tell me how to add a vertical line beside an H2 heading like what's shown in the photo. I feel like there is an easy solution to this I just can't figure it out...I want it to be a global change so hopefully there's just a way to target all h2 headings and add some custom css in?

Sorry, PurpleCarrot789@. I have a pipe currently in line and before each h3, but I'd like it to hang not be in line.

It's the larger purple heading, it appears on almost every page.
