Add a featured banner to blogs

Hi - 

I'm helping an organization build their website and they would like to have the ability to visually identify featured blog posts. I was able to do this in Joomla and WP before but can't see how to do it in Squarespace. Below is a screenshot of the kind of thing I'm talking about. Thanks in advance for any help

I think you can add tag to the blog and use custom script to turn them into badge like the image

Thanks for the reply. That would probably work. To be honest, I don't actually need the banner itself...just something to denote that it is a featured article (changing the font color of the title/excerpt, changing the background of the tile to a light gray, something like that.

Unfortunately no I wasn't able to resolve this but the client has moved on. Thank you! 🙂
