SYC
Site URL: https://www.sherbornyachtclub.org/ When selling memberships, we collect member information in a custom form. When I export the orders, none of the information from the custom form is included in the export to CSV. I see the information in the confirmation email and also in the actual order. Is it possible to export the custom form information that is collected from an order to a google sheet? Beyondspace, colin.simmons, nappa19 and 1 other 4 Link to comment

I think we got to use Commerse API or email parser to extract the form data along with orders BeyondSpace - Squarespace Website Developer 🖼️ Lightbox Studio (Enable Pinch/Zoom on lightbox, video lightbox and much more) 🗓️ Delivery Date Picker (Squarespace Date picker form field) 💫 Gallery block 7.1 workaround 🥳 No-code customisations for Squarespace (+100 Spark plugin customisations) 🥳 Freemium Squarespace Widget Templates (+1000 Elfsight Templates) If you find my answer useful, let's leave a like or upvote so others with the same issue can find their solution. Solution Imanisb Posted October 26, 2021 Solution Share Posted October 26, 2021 I found the solution on this page: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206540677-Exporting-orders On step 3 of the order export, select a specific product, then check the option to "Include product form data." The exported file will show form responses for each order. The only downfall is you have to do one product at a time during the export. Hope this helps!
