Background Color on Empty Cart, Full Cart, and Post Checkout Confirmation Page

I need some help changing the background and text colors of these pages. It is defaulting to a dark theme when I want the background of the cart section to be white with black text. How can I go about changing these? The post checkout page does the same as well.

Add to Design > Custom CSS
