When I hyperlink to my anchorlinks, the action only works for a moment before the page refreshes... help!

Hi All!!

I am having trouble getting my anchor links to function properly. I am building a one page site with a picture reel up top and corresponding sections below (about 5 pictures/sections). I want users to be able to click on each picture, then have that picture hyperlink to an anchorlink below. 

Right now, I have it all set up. But when you click the picture up top, you are taken to the corresponding anchorlink for just a second or two before the website refreshes and you are back to where you started... why is this happening??

To get this problem resolved you will need to post your site url so the coders here can diagnose the issue. Post the site permissions password if needed also.
