50 tag limit in archive block

Is there a workaround for the 50 tag limit for archive blocks?  I'm creating a searchable archive of audio content (hundreds of episodes with hundreds of tags), and trying to decide if I need to switch platforms.

• Each Archive Block supports one Group By option. To divide content in multiple ways, add multiple Archive Blocks. For example, you can add one Archive Block that lists content by tag and another that lists content by month.
• Archive Blocks can display up to 50 groups (months, years, authors, categories, or tags) with a maximum of 100 items per group.

I'm curious know why there are limits on the numbers of tags, categories, etc. for archive blocks?

If there were not it would end up taking a lot of time to search, and then that question would come up. Why does search take so Looooong?

+1 for removing the 50 item limit. On this podcast episode page I want to see all topics and guests (2 different Archive blocks respectively) and the limitation seriously reduces the visibility of many items.
