I have spoken to several product managers about the word 'shipping' and asked if fixed terms like this could be configured on a site-by-site basis. "Shipping" really doesn't suit many situations. I recommend that you raise awareness of this by making a feature request. To do so, open a ticket through Customer Support.  About me: I've been a SQSP User for 18 yrs.
