SarahElizah
Hi All, I would like to remove the word unsubscribe from the preview text in the automated welcome email to mailing list subscribers. It is not written in the preview text box when working on it through Squarespace, but then appears when the email is delivered (as seen in the attached image). Thanks in advance for the help! You cannot remove this. Laws differ around the world, but you are usually required to include an obvious way for subscribers to opt out of your communications. SarahElizah
Thanks Paul! I don't want to remove it from the bottom of content of the email. The issue is that it's appearing in the preview text (email subject), along with the legal address now. Any ideas? Link to comment
Hayley_Faw
It seems like removing junk text from the preview text is not an option on Squarespace. For this reason alone, I think MailChimp is a better option for email campaigns. I'd love to know if there is a solution for this or a way to edit what shows up in the subject line. Link to comment
