Problems with reordering and scrolling image gallery on backend

Hi there, 

I am working with a client who is having major issues with adding, removing, re-ordering images on their gallery page. She is using Windows 10 and see can't even scroll the gallery pop up on back end. Is there anything she can do to fix this? I have advised clearing browser cache, reloading etc.

As long as your client is using a supported browser and the latest browser version available to her operating system, she shouldn't experience any issues while editing her site. 

Since this issue may involve some troubleshooting and be specific to only some users, the best approach is to reach out to Squarespace Customer Support team directly for personalized assistance.
