Hi,

Wondering if anyone has done some customisation around the mobile fallback image and not getting it to display on a slow connection on desktop - is there anyway to just have the fallback image display only on mobile?

The fallback image is designed to appear whilst background videos load. On fast connections, videos will appear almost instantaneously, but on slower connections, it can take much longer for background videos to load. Falling back to a quality banner image is an elegant solution for visitors who are in a slower connection and will not see the video for an extended period of time - if ever.

You can reduce the chance of the image appearing by reducing your video length and resolution. However, if you disable the fallback image, the background overlay (a solid colour background) will appear instead whilst the video content is loading. Is this your preference?
