Random Test Order Submitted, Test Orders Off

Recommended Posts

This has happened to me twice now. I got a phantom order and was told by support that it had to be someone on our team. It wasn't. Then just yesterday, I got another phantom test order, but for subscription items that don't exist on our store. I'm awaiting further help from their support. Have you figured this out?

The same thing has just happened to me. A subscription product that is no longer available on my site has been ordered three times today by my username, sometimes with different email addresses as a test order.

There were no responses to the posts here so i assume this is just a gremlin?
