CSS font changing from desktop to laptop

I've been working on my desktop to create my new website. I wanted to check out what it would look like on my laptop and when I did for some reason some of my code blocks fonts where different on the two. I'm not sure why this would happen and how to fix it if the code has not changed? Any help would be great.
