Newsletter Form copy not appearing

Hi all, 

Please see the attached two screenshots, so for some reason the text is dissapearing from my newsletter block
'sign up to recieve....'

Anyone able to help with why this might be happening, wondering if it could be a bit of other code that is interferring with it?

Thanks that worked, but now my header is back on my home page, and I want to hide that from that page...

Any tips for that?
